Thank you for shopping at Dear Dani! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition! Given we are a small business that works with a fulfillment company for printing, we are only able to return/replace items if they are defective or damaged, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You can return your purchased items within 10 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition

• Be in the original packaging

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Any personalized items with a mistake in personalization caused by you (e.g. spelling mistakes, changing your mind, etc.)

Any item that arrives with no issues or fault of the fulfillment company, artist or delivery provider. 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at dani@deardanistudio.com. We will provide you with instructions on next steps for the return. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at dani@deardanistudio.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
